What do I do when I receive a client booking email or text?

When someone books lessons with you the first thing you should do is contact the student, preferably via phone, to introduce yourself and set up the first lesson. The booking email or text will include the clients contact information. Once you have confirmed the lesson details with the student, log into your account and accept the student. You will be prompted to do so once you log in. This lets us know that you have taken on the student.
