What is the cancellation policy for both coaches and students?

The coach or student must provide 24 hours notice if either is unable to attend/conduct the lesson. All cancellations and rescheduling of lessons should be arranged between the student and coach. If a lesson must be cancelled after the 24 hour window due to either inclement weather or personal emergency, be sure to communicate this with your student ASAP. All lessons not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be marked as complete (extenuating circumstances noted above aside).
