What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

You are required to give your coach at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. This is something you should work out directly with your tennis coach. You will receive a warning the first time you fail to cancel a lesson within 24 hours and will lose a lesson credit the second time you do so. If there is bad weather the day of your lesson or you have a personal emergency, then please get in contact with your coach and you will not be penalized. They will reschedule or cancel the lesson so that the credits are added back to your account.
