When will I be in contact with my coach?

You will receive your coaches contact information after you have selected your lesson package and added details onto your account. After adding your credit card and completing the booking, your coach will get in contact with you within 48 hours. Only after the two of you connect and confirm the lesson details will you then be charged. If the coach does not contact you within 48 hours, please let us know so we can reach out to the coach directly. To contact support, e-mail [e-mail].
