You must let us know within 24 hours of the first lesson if you wish to receive a full refund. You will not be able to receive a refund for your lessons after the 30 days from the date of purchase. I booked 12 hours lessons from mytennislessons.com, and all the money have been taken from my paypal by mytennislessons.
And now I can't see coach in my dashboard, and my coach can't see me in his account either.Sent email to support, and no one replies me and no follow up in 5 days. I have been missing the training schedule.
